The following stipulations establish the terms and conditions for the services provided by AcTour Consulting on its websites :

The terms and conditions defined hereafter aplly to hotel reservation as well as to the services provided as an extra.
Once you clicked on the field «I agree with the terms and conditions», it means that you accept to buy the service and also that you agree with the terms and conditions.
Therefore, Actour Consulting invites you to read carefully the following stipulations.
Actour Consulting specifies that it is not possible to buy a service without having accepted the terms ans conditions mentioned below.

                                                                                    ARTICLE 1 – Purpose

The present contract determines the rights and obligations of Actour Consulting and of the customer within the context of selling the services provided by Actour Consulting on its websites.
The terms and conditions represent all the rights and obligations of both parties and no other condition can be integrated.
Being a contract concluded remotely on an electronic mode , Actour Consulting intends to identify itself for the client :

ARTICLE 2 – Governing Law

The two parties agree the present contract is submited to the French Law.

ARTICLE 3 – Chacteristics of Services Provided

AcTour Consulting provides on its websites all necessary information regarding the products and services that it offers to its customers: comfort, equipment, rates, access map, description, etc...

ARTICLE 4 – Acceptance

Once the field «i agree with the terms and conditions» has been ticked off, the client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

ARTICLE 5 – Rates

The hotel descriptions on the websites specify for each reservation the services that are included in the price. The rates are in euros, VAT is usually included unless otherwise stated. Taxes and services will be added to the prices indicated on the websites(8% of the total amount). AcTour Consulting draws your attention on the fact that the rates mentioned on the websites may vary at the time of the confirmation due to: high season, school holidays, special events, etc.

ARTICLE 6 – Payment

For any reservation, the customer may use the following credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express. The reservation is paid in full to the hotel by AcTour Consulting following payment of the reservation by the client to AcTour Consulting. Only the extras will be paid directly at the hotel. For instance, the client is required to pay directly to the hotel any extras such as food and beverages consumed, room services, pay-per-view TV, mini bar expenditures, telephone charges, etc. that are not included in the reservation paid to AcTour Consulting. The client that reserves on behalf of somebody else is fully responsible for the payment of the reservation. In case the credit card number given to process the transaction was denied, AcTour Consulting is entitled to cancel the reservation. Our negociated rates require a full payment for the reservation as soon as the client receives a definitive confirmation.

ARTICLE 7 - Booking Confirmation

AcTour Consulting automatically confirms by email the reservation request with all the reservation details : name of the hotel, date of the reservation, number of guests, rates, number and type of room, total amount of the reservation,etc. AcTour Consulting definitely confirms the reservation by a second email (voucher), within 4 hours as soon as the client fills in and validates the information necessary to process the reservation.

ARTICLE 8 – Cancellation / Modification

1-Cancellation :

Any booking made on line on the website can not be cancelled on the website itself. Any cancellation can be made by email, mail or fax. The date the cancellation was made is taken into consideration to calculate the cancellation fees. The client that receives a confirmation voucher from the reservation service of AcTour Consulting, is entitled to cancel partially or totally his reservation. However, cancellation fees (regarding the reservation process) will apply as follows:
For any cancellation made between the day of the reservation and 8 days before arrival date : 15% of the total amount of the reservation will be due to AcTour Consulting.
For any cancellation made between 8 days to 3 days before the arrival date :
- If the reservation is for 1 or 2 nights, one night cancellation fees will be due to AcTour Consulting.
- If the reservation is for more than 2 nights, 30 % of the total amount will be due to AcTour Consulting.
- For any cancelation made less than 3 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be due to AcTour Consulting.
For certain periods the hotels do not accept any cancellation, in this case, AcTour Consulting will let the client know that a cancellation is impossible. Furthermore, some hotels impose particular cancellation policies (more that 30 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fees may vary from 15% to 100%of the total amount of the reservation).

2-Modifications :

Any modification that leads to the increase of the total amount of the reservation involves no additional fees.
For any modification leading to the decrease of the total amount of the reservation, 25 euros modification fees will be due to AcTour Consulting.
However, AcTour Consulting cannot guarantee that the hotel is available in case of a modification. If the hotel is not available, the original reservation will be preserved and in case of a cancellation the client will be submitted to the cancelation policy stipulated in Art.8.

ARTICLE 9 – No Show

If the client fails to show up at the hotel on the arrival day, the total amount of the reservation will be due to AcTour Consulting.
All reservations confirmed by AcTour Consulting are guarateed for a late arrival. However, if the client does not show up at the hotel on the arrival day and if he does not inform AcTour Consulting , the hotel is entitled to cancel his reservation.

ARTICLE 10 – Relocation

If the hotel chosen by the client is fully booked at the dates chosen, AcTour Consulting will do its best to propose an alternative hotel of the same standard as close as possible to the initial hotel.

If you choose to make a reservation online, your personal information will be used to make and confirm your reservation and to customize and enhance your visit on our website in the future. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose. AcTour Consulting does not sell your personal information to third parties.

ARTICLE 12 - Protection of sensitive information

Our system is configured with data encryption.This means that when you send your personnal data to us,the on-line credit card booking facility is built around SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology on a secure server, and offers extremely strong browser based security & encryption. Customer credit card details are held securely on the server.

ARTICLE 13 - Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about the accommodation or services we have arranged, you must tell the provider of the accommodation or service immediately. If they do not put things right and your enjoyment of your holiday is affected you must let us know as soon as possible. You can contact us by phone using the number supplied when your reservation is confirmed, or by email at

AcTour Consulting acknowledges that the Terms and Conditions in English or any other language are only translations from the original French texts. The french law shall govern this agreement. Any claim or legal action arising relating this agreement, the only competent juridiction is the Tribunal de Commerce of Nice.

ARTICLE 14 - Stop payment on the credit card

All correspondence between AcTour Consulting and its websites and the clients is kept at AcTour Consulting reservation processing center. It will be used as evidence in case of disputes, for reservations and payments.
AcTour Consulting will file law suits and ask for compensation for unjustified stop payment on a credit card. If a stop payment is unjustified, invoices will be due, in accordance with the terms and conditions of AcTour Consulting.

ARTICLE 15 - Responsibility

Concerning the accomodation chosen by the client, AcTour Consulting acts as a simple intermediary between the hotel and the client.
AcTour Consulting cannot be held responsible for unforseen acts, cases of absolute necessity (strikes, bad weather, wars, natural disasters, technical incidents etc...), in his relation with the client, the hotel or a third party.
The eventual expenses of these unforseen acts (taxi, hotel, parking, pre and/or post air routing etc…) are the responsibility of the customer.

ARTICLE 16 - Others

All information mentioned on the website have been carefully selected. Nevertheless, AcTour Consulting Consulting declines any responsibility in the event of possible error regarding their transmission.
